Jira integration fail

Hello Greetings, good morning everyone. I have a question, I made an integration to jira server data center for a monday dashboard, but after a few data updates from jira, it stops and no longer shows any more updates on the monday dashboard, only the data update stopped . In the Integrations monitoring it shows that the integration was triggered successfully but the data is not reflected in the dashboard.
If anyone has a similar problem and how to solve it, it would be a great help.

Did you ever solve this? I’m trying to connect to my JIRA Cloud account and I can’t any of my JIRA projects to display after I connect my JIRA account to Monday.

Hi,

I had this problem, and to get around it I had to give administrative rights to JIRA so that the data could go back down into Monday.

@deepdev I wrote this guide on how to sync Jira Cloud with monday through Unito’s 2-way integration. It’s a third-party app, but we’re a monday partner on the marketplace. Let me know if it helps!
