Notes and Info Box support in API v2

This is one reason why I mentioned “Update Titles” (see #3), as it would allow us to assign titles to updates so we could refer back to them easily. Burying a Title in the Update itself works visually, but makes it very difficult to work with from the API, as it’s just part of the Update body text with no structure or field name.

This is currently not possible to achieve in any usable/organized way with Updates/Replies/Comments. It needs to be organized and other people need to be able to collaboratively edit it. We can’t achieve this at all with a long list of comment threads, and we definitely cannot afford to completely re-implement something so basic as a custom pulse view. Features like Info Boxes were a huge reason why our team transitioned to Monday; because we finally had somewhere to record details. We definitely do not want to go back to having to shove this stuff in Google Docs again, as you can’t see this see this stuff quickly/easily from Monday.

This is definitely something that should be considered. If your team’s motivation to deprecate Info Boxes is because not many people use them, you should definitely not assume that people don’t need “somewhere” to record this stuff. Thanks!
