How can I make sure a status column is not changed if another column is not filled?

@rivkam Hey, I suggest you try an app named Workflow(link below).
It does exactly what you’re asking for. It allows to set required columns per step.
You can set a simple automation as a check.
If the status changes and the column is empty, change it back to the same status
