I’m exploring an idea for a customer onboarding app and would love your thoughts.
The idea is to make onboarding smoother by:
Letting you send a link to your customers with everything they need to get started — like required tools, key contacts, Slack setup, etc. (Instead of relying on messy email threads)
Allowing you to track each step in the app and directly in your Monday CRM timeline
Letting you build and manage onboarding flows using Monday CRM items, so everything stays within Monday and is easy to update
I’m just trying to see if something like this would be helpful to others. Would love to hear if this sounds useful, or if you’ve tried to solve this in another way.
