I would like to be able to create a Kanban view of my Monday.com project board BASED ON PEOPLE. So one column would be Person A, next would be Person B, and the last would be Person C. Please make it so we build the columns, not just populating all the people in the board. This would be so you could make a Kanban for each editor (but ignore all the photographers) or another view of all photographers (and not have coluns for any writers.)
