Limiting Submissions on a WorkForm

Looking for input or ideas: After a requester submits an initial form, dependent on their selections, an automation will run to send a request specific URL to the individual. This link carries over information to the new form from their initial submission. In some cases, a user with submit multiple/separate requests using this same link. Is there a way to prevent this in Monday? Link expiration?

We cannot turn off the “Submit multiple forms” in the WorkForms settings because most users have >1 request.

Can you provide some more detail? Where is the link coming from? Is it just in the template, is it in a columN?

Hey @lizo If you are open to 3rd party marketplace apps, you can do that with SuperForm. It’s a form like WorkForm that has the functionalities you described.
