The ability to receive notifications from Service Portal Messages

Description

In Service the end user has the ability to send messages via the Portal. The messages get logged in Emails and Activities as a “Portal Message” but there is no notification. A “Portal Message” is not a recognized activity type, so none of the automations for E&A support creating a notification. This should either be a standard notification for item subscribers or recognized as an activity type so users can create their own automations to receive notifications.
