Time Tracking Stopped without Stopping, Now Bugged

I was tracking some time on a project on 2/14, and I ended the session around 5:00 PM before quitting for the day. I may have accidentally double-clicked on the way out. Not sure.

The next day, I noticed that the time tracking widget I was using (only that one cell, in a much larger board) was paused (i.e., play button selectable), but I am unable to add manual sessions (it says “This time is conflicting with currently running session”).

The elapsed time when you click into the widget has been tracking continuously since then, though it only updates when you refresh the page:

Hitting the play button does turn it to pause, as if it’s tracking, but when I reload the page, it is back to the play button, and elapsed time has updated but never registers a completed session like it does when you properly start and stop. If you play and pause without leaving the page, the displayed time on the board resets to what it was before you paused.

I cannot track time here anymore and have to do it manually for now.

Please help!

Did you ever find an answer? I now have the same problem!!

I have the same issue. I just reached out to Monday Support to request they review the problem.

I had the same problem. This is clearly a bug. I was able to get rid of the active session only by clearing the entire log, and then quickly undoing that action using the temporarily header that appears at the top of the screen. I hope this helps anyone encountering this issue. It needs to be resolved.
